Mug - Round design

Enjoying a delicious cup of coffee in the morning is one of my favorite daily rituals. Whether cozied up under a blanket in the living room in winter, or enjoying the early morning sun on the deck in the summer I always revel in choosing a mug from the cupboard that suits my mood.  As you can imagine, I have many to choose from. Some are mine, some are collected from other potters. I hope to become part of your daily ritual.

Mugs are one of my favorite things to make. I really enjoy the process of flaring the lip and how it will be balanced by the base. I take care each and every time pull and then attach a handle to make sure it feels right and will balance the weight of the mug when it's full. I want it to be so natural to drink from your first sip of magic bean juice will be easy peasy, no drips. 

 Super comfortable handle, smooth lip that is designed to fit your lips for comfort, round belly to curl your fingers around and no drips. 

16 oz is  "Grande" at Starbucks and perfect for a double shot latte. The 16 oz and 10 oz fit just fine under the spout of an espresso machine. I use a Breville - works just great. See photos. If you like the 20 oz mug, you'd need to transfer the espresso into it. It won't fit under. If you are concerned send me a message and we'll figure out measurements for your machine.

Ceramics can crack from thermal shock... if your mug is colder than room temp consider warming it with water before pouring in very hot liquid.
