Returns
When you order prior to shipping I will send photos of the exact items you will receive. If you have any concerns about colour, size, or shape please discuss with me prior to shipping. We can have a video call to ensure you know what you're getting.
Items can be exchanged at the customers cost of shipping. We do not offer refunds.
If an item is broken during shipping we will send a replacement. We require a photo of the broken item within two days of receiving the shipment.
