As with all our pottery be conscious of large temperature changes like from a cold fridge to hot oven or hot food into a cold dish. Room temperature is fine or warm with hot water if the dish is cold. A dish can crack with thermal shock - it is ceramic.

    Due to the handmade nature of this product, size and glaze design may vary slightly. We will send photos of the exact pieces before shipping.

    All orders within Canada are shipped via Canada Post Expediated Parcel service and you will receive a tracking number. Orders will be shipped within 3 days of confirmation via email about photos of exact items. 

    Shipping on orders over $100 before tax receive free shipping. 

    All orders within the U.S will be delivered by USPS. Orders over $100 before tax receive free shipping.  Orders will be shipped within 5 days of confirmation about photos of exact items.  

  • Returns

    When you order prior to shipping I will send photos of the exact items you will receive. If you have any concerns about colour, size, or shape please discuss with me prior to shipping. We can have a video call to ensure you know what you're getting. 

    Items can be exchanged at the customers cost of shipping. We do not offer refunds.

    If an item is broken during shipping we will send a replacement. We require a photo of the broken item within two days of receiving the shipment.
